Age Calculator

Calculate your exact age in years, months, days, and total days lived from your birthdate. See how old you are today.

Calculate Your Exact Age

An age calculator determines your precise age from your birthdate to today (or any specific date). It shows years, months, and days lived, as well as total days. This is useful for legal documents, medical records, retirement planning, or just satisfying curiosity about exactly how long you've been alive.

How Age is Calculated

Age calculation follows these steps:

  1. Subtract birth year from current year (preliminary years)
  2. Check if birthday has occurred this year - if not, subtract 1 year
  3. Calculate additional full months since last birthday
  4. Calculate remaining days in current month
  5. Total days = difference in timestamps / 86,400 seconds
